Motorola V3xx J Phone which has been a bestselling phone on Amazon for some time, and now its popularity is still growing day by day, seems it has many functions to attract people, now let’s find out its secret together.

Featuring the perfect blend of broadband-like speed, dynamic multimedia capabilities, and cutting-edge design, the MOTO RAZR V3xx offers the same iconic all-metal construction. But the V3xx is boosted with enhanced media capabilities as well as access to AT&T’s dual-band HSDPA/UMTS high-speed 3G network, which makes it easy to download music purchased from AT&T Mobile Music’s partners Napster and eMusic and watch video streamed from CNN and Comedy Central via AT&T’s Cellular Video.

The phone also features a 1.3-megapixel camera, Bluetooth connectivity for both communication headsets and stereo headphones, a hot-swappable MicroSD memory card slot (up to 4 GB), and access to your favorite instant messaging networks.

About the AT&T Service: This AT&T phone can handle high-speed data connectivity via AT&T’s 3G mobile broadband data network, which is available in most major metropolitan areas. The AT&T 3G network uses the UMTS 850/1900 network (also known as UMTS/HSDPA), making it possible to enjoy a variety of feature-rich wireless multimedia services with speeds up to 3.6 Mbps. It also gives AT&T the advantage of offering simultaneous voice and data services.

The good:
The Motorola Razr V3xx cell phone offers decent call quality, stereo Bluetooth, and a great interior display. And thanks to the HSDPA data connection, it offers zippy Web browsing, fast downloads, and admirable streaming video quality.

The bad:
The Motorola Razr V3xx isn’t a quadband world phone, and its 1.3-megapixel camera is inadequate for such a high-end handset. Also, the voice dialing is unreliable, the phone lacks stereo speakers, and the data settings for third-party applications are too restrictive.

The bottom line:
Though its feature set didn’t live up to expectations, the Motorola Razr V3xx cell phone improves on many of the traditional Razr pitfalls that have plagued the product line since its inception. As such, it’s the most satisfying Razr to date.

Absolutely fair review, I totally agree, and this is also exactly what I want to say on this cell phone.

As a popular Motorola phone, Motorola V3xx comes with a lot of cool features, let’s take a look.

Features:

* At 0.58 inches thick, the RAZR V3xx is virtually the same thickness as the original RAZR. And like the original RAZR, the phone’s design takes the standard clamshell form factor to the next level with an impressive, fully-anodized aluminum construction, and 60 MB of internal memory.

* Most of the phone’s features and on-screen menus are controlled by a five-way center button on the handset’s backlit control pad, which is precision cut from a single sheet of nickel-plated copper alloy.

* The RAZR V3xx’s internal phone book can hold up to 1000 contacts while the phone’s picture ID system allows you to assign pictures to your most common callers.

* The RAZR V3xx is a messaging and wireless Internet powerhouse. With the 3G HSDPA technology, the RAZR V3xx delivers broadband-like speeds for downloading, Web browsing, and data exchange. Support is built in for sending and receiving pictures, text, graphics, sound and video via messages.

* The RAZR V3xx’s integrated 1.3-megapixel camera includes an 8x digital zoom and offers a choice of capturing digital stills in four resolution settings. Other features include settings for six lighting conditions, seven color effects, self timer, and multiple shutter sounds (including silent option).

These are just the key features Motorola V3xx has, it also comes with many other cool features.

Additional Features:

* Memory expansion: MicroSD (up to 4 GB)
* Instant messaging via AIM, MSN Live Messenger, and Yahoo!
* Flight mode: allows you to safely use the non-wireless functions of a phone (such as music, games, or organizer functions) on an airplane during flight.
* Music formats: AAC, AAC+, AMR, MP3, WAV, WMA-DRM
* Ringtone formats: AAC, AAC+, AMR NB, WAV, MP3
* PIM tools: Calendar, calculator, currency converter, alarm clock
* Bluetooth profiles: A2DP (stereo music streaming), AVRC (remote control), HFP (hands-free car kits), HSP (communication headsets), BIP (for sending images to another device), BPP (basic printing profile for text, email), DUN (dial-up networking), FTP (file transfer), OPP (object push for business cards, calendar items, and pictures)

You see? With so many wonderful features, how can’t people love it like crazy?

Specs:

* Iconic RAZR all-metal design in platinum with access to AT&T’s speedy 3G network
* Compatible with downloads from AT&T Mobile Music and streaming video from Cellular Video service
* 1.3-megapixel camera/camcorder; stereo Bluetooth streaming, MicroSD expansion to 4 GB; IM via AIM, Windows Live and Yahoo!
* Up to 3.5 hours of talk time, up to 330 hours (14 days) of standby time
* Includes: handset, battery, travel charger, Quick Start guide, user manual

Palm Pre now launched in the US with many heralding the Pre as a potential iPhone killer and the saviour of the ailing company, can Palm relive those former glory days when the Palm Pilot brought PDA’s to the limelight and the Treo was the talk of the smartphone world? Is the Palm Pre really all it’s cracked up to be?

Well, early reports stateside are promising. Launching on the 6th of June (exclusively on the American carrier Sprint) in Sprint stores as well as select Radio Shack, Wal-Mart and Best Buy stores in the US, the Palm Pre broke all records for a new phone launch on Sprint. Around 50,000 units were reported to have been sold on launch day with around 100,000 in total for the Pre’s first week. So, not a bad first week. Obviously, as the phone has only launched in the US, we’re watching things from afar but it has been claimed on various corners of the internet that the Palm Pre is still in incredibly short supply with Palm struggling to keep up with demand. A demand that many critics said simply wouldn’t be there in the run up to the rumoured new iPhone that we now know as the 3GS. All this makes for good reading for Palm as their is clearly huge demand for the Pre despite it being exclusive to the US’ third most popular network behind the big boys Verizon and AT&T.

So, the launch was a success, but what about the phone itself? Well, unfortunately as it’s only launched in the States, we’ve yet to get our hands on one but judging by the positive reviews the Pre looks to be a very capable device. The screen resolution is the same as that found on the iPhone 3GS but because the screen size is slightly smaller (3.1 inches compared to Apple’s 3.5) the Pre looks sharper and crisper because the pixels are packed in closer together. In terms of brightness, some reviewers have claimed it’s not quite as bright as the iPhone and suffers a little in direct sun light for legibility but in general use it fairs pretty well. In terms of actually using the touchscreen, prepare to be amazed; the highly regarded tech blog Gizmodo have claimed that the touchscreen is actually better than that found on the iPhone. The Pre features multi-touch which has, up until very recently been exclusive to the iPhone. Now the Pre has arrived and potentially stolen its crown. The multi touch (we must stress this is purely the opinion of Gizmodo) is more accurate, responsive and just plain better than the iPhone. A big claim and one which we can’t wait to put to the test.

The performance of the touchscreen is fairly critical in a touchscreen phone so it seems that the Pre gets off to a good start. The addition of a slide out QWERTY keyboard will provide respite for text and email purists and while not the best example of a QWERTY keyboard still performs well. The most hotly anticipated feature of the Pre is Palm’s new operating system Web OS, built from the ground up for the Pre. What you’ll find is a 5 app shortcut bar on your home screen which works like a more intuitive (and pleasing on the eye) Symbian home screen. In the empty space you can swipe right to go to the 3 screen menu, swipe left to go back and swipe up on an application to launch it from the bottom of the screen. Web OS is also fully capable of multi tasking numerous apps (i.e open a web page and listen to music while you wait for it to load). Apps appear as cards on your home screen so you can easily manage what you have currently running (keep an eye on this as having too many apps will drain battery and processing power). From what we’ve seen, Web OS looks to be a great new addition and a worthy contender to the already established operating systems.

As with any phone, it would seem the Pre isn’t without it’s flaws. Many have claimed that while the construction of the phone is very good, the quality of the materials used can’t quite compare with the iPhone. Even more worrying, the Pre apparantly has a very sharp edge that is exposed when sliding the phone to use the keyboard (so sharp in fact that it can slice through a block of cheese). The camera also proves a stumbling block; 3.0 Megapixels puts it on a par with the new iPhone (though some way below various other smart phones) but the inability to record video seems pre-historic (sorry) in 2009. But it’s not all doom and gloom. The Pre still has around 3 months until it is expected to launch in the UK so here’s hoping Palm will take a look at the uncomfortably sharp edge and offer video capture via a firmware update.

The delayed launch should also prove beneficial in terms of the apps that will be available. At launch only 18 applications were available but with the impending release of the Web OS SDK this should really take off by the time we get our grubby mits on the Pre. Looking back, software is something Palm have always held in high regard so we should hopefully see similar support for the Pre.

Integrating several features, the Propel comes with a 1.3-megapixel camera and camcorder, stereo Bluetooth technology and a MP3 player with expandable microSD memory support. Running on AT&T’s high-speed 3G HSDPA network, it offers AT&T Mobile Music for full-length track downloads, CV for streaming video content, and Video Share for two-way video calls.

About the AT&T Service: This AT&T phone can handle high-speed data connectivity via AT&T’s 3G mobile broadband data network, which is available in most major metropolitan areas. The AT&T 3G network uses the dual-band UMTS 850/1900 MHz network, which provides download speeds ranging from 700 Kbps to 1.7 Mbps, and upload speeds ranging from 500 Kbps to 1.2 Mbps. This makes it possible to enjoy a variety of feature-rich wireless multimedia services, and it gives you the advantage of offering simultaneous voice and data services.

The good:
The Samsung Propel has a slim design and comes with a slew of multimedia and 3G offerings.

The bad:
The Samsung Propel has a rather flat navigation array and the keyboard felt cramped. We were also disappointed by the lackluster display.

The bottom line:
The Samsung Propel has an impressive high-end feature set, but we were disappointed by its design.

Quite fair review, I totally agree, this is also what I want to say.

The screen clocks in at 320 x 240, and the device, as expected, plugs into Microsoft Exchange for e-mail, calendaring, contacts, and all the usual enterprisey goodness.

As noticed when we spotted it Expansys back in February, this one will run on 3G hitting speeds up to 3.6 Mbps, which is alright, but not great considering the lack of Wi-Fi. Try as it might to compete with BlackBerry, the C6625’s keys look straight-up uncomfortable. For a closer inspection, hit up Samsung’s minisite, but there’s still no sign on Vodafone’s online store just yet - it’ll probably update shortly.

London, UK, June 26, 2009 – Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd., a leading mobile phone provider, today unveils a partnership with Microsoft and Vodafone to launch the Samsung C6625. The partnership creates a new stylish way for today’s business users to get more done on the move, making them more productive and giving them greater flexibility in the ways they communicate. Boasting the Windows Mobile 6.1 platform, a QWERTY keypad, Push email and amazing cost effectiveness, the Samsung C6625 keeps even the busiest of workers connected to their networks.

Samsung has worked with Microsoft and Vodafone to create the ideal package to mobilise workforces for less. Microsoft’s Windows Mobile platform means that the Samsung C6625 delivers email, calendar and address book access to employees directly. Businesses can use their existing Microsoft Exchange or Small Business Servers, and there’s no need to invest in additional push email technology – alternatively the device is compatible with other ISP platforms if the company isn’t using Microsoft Exchange or Small Business Server. Bundled with the great value business price plans from Vodafone, the complete package is a great value way for all businesses to save money on their mobiles. Vodafone also offers businesses low cost support solutions including Device Management, Security and Premium Support.

A full QWERTY ergonomic keypad and access to Outlook® Mobile from the Samsung C6625 gives users access to their email wherever they are, just as they do with Outlook on their PC. Windows Mobile 6.1 goes further in delivering a full PC experience on the move, with access to familiar Microsoft programs, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet Explorer.

Marcus Stone, Samsung Mobile Head of Smartphones said: “The Samsung C6625 combines style and efficiency for business users keen to stay ahead and get more done on the move. In the current economic climate retaining that edge has never been more important, and with the C6625 users have everything they need at their fingertips. Our work with Vodafone and Microsoft makes this an extremely competitive offering thanks to a feature-packed Windows Mobile phone that is suited to even the most image conscious of business users.”
